Great Service
I called over the weekend, and was scheduled for early in the week. He called me to confirm, which I liked. He arrived ON time and in uniform which was very nice to see. He also explained all the things in which he was going to do, step by step. I also was reassured if I thought he had missed a spot when he went over it several times. The chemicals he used smelled very nice, and we not offending at all. He did a very nice job, and I was completly satisfied. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about his services, as there is a perk when I refer 3 people I can get myself a FREE cleaning again. I would highly suggest anyone to give him a try, as he is very professional and very affordable! Thanks Erik!

On Time I love That In A Professional Service
Wow! I was so amazed at what Erick could do to our very worn and stained carpet!We thought we needed to replace the carpet, but he spent over 3 hours working on our home and making it look great! He is very service oriented and committed to making his clients happy. I give him a 5 star and will definitely use master steam in the future!

Repeat Customer 2nd Time
This is our 2nd time using Erik. First time was a move out clean at our previous home and the carpets were nasty! He really brought them back to life and we got our whole deposit back! This time a few months later we have him come to our new apartment and he WOWS us again! We love his service and his prices are reasonable
